Miggy

Writer and Director

Miggy is a Toronto-based creative currently studying Film and Television at Humber College. A graduate of the Oasis Skateboard Factory, Miggy found their passion for film and production through hands-on work and a love for storytelling.
Miggy has built their skills across various roles in the industry, including set building for Mr. Beast Games, stage teardown for RuPaul’s Drag Race, and working in shipping and receiving at William F. White's. They’ve also contributed to lighting, audio, and video for events like the Porsche Art Show 2024 and the Maple Leafs Annual Golf Charity Event. On the creative side, Miggy has explored set decoration, costume design, and production roles for student films. Recently, Miggy has taken the leap into directing and writing their first documentary, Alternative Learning.
Outside of film, Miggy enjoys skateboarding, multimedia art, and music production. They have skills in graffiti, screen printing, photoshop and anything they can learn. They organized Skate Against Violence, a charity event raising funds and awareness for safe skating spaces and gun violence prevention. With an interest in set decoration, costume design, and post-audio, Miggy is excited to continue building their career in the creative industries.
